You can redeem prizes up to $2,500 at any Pennsylvania Lottery retailer; however, it isn't guaranteed that they'll have the cash available to pay – you may need to try multiple stores or redeem your winnings by mail. All prizes with a value of $600.01 or greater are subject to tax, and a PA Lottery claim form is required in order to make your claim (these can be found online).
Prizes of $2,500.01 or more can only be claimed directly from the Pennsylvania Lottery. This can be done in-person at one of their offices, or by mail.
Any prize can be redeemed by mail; this is the only way you can claim if you're out-of-state. Winners should sign their ticket, fill out a claim form, and post both of them to the address below. It is highly recommended to make a copy of the front & back of the ticket and the claims form before posting the originals.
